What happens next?

When the Uniquely U Scholarship closes on March 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., our panel of judges gets to work! They’ll spend the next month watching, reading, listening, reviewing and being inspired by U!

On April 3, after three rounds of review, the 2026 Uniquely U Finalists, Semi-Finalists, and Honorable Mentions will be announced!

What to do in the meantime?

Enroll in Summer 2026

We encourage all Uniquely U applicants to enroll in Summer 2026 to secure their spot in the courses they most wish to take. Usdan’s small class sizes ensure students receive one-on-one attention, but it also means they fill up fast! Students who receive a Uniquely U Scholarship can always apply their scholarship award to their 2026 tuition.

Review Usdan’s Commitment to Affordability

Since our founding in 1968, we have been dedicated to making Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts affordable to all students. On average 45% of Usdan students receive assistance. Usdan welcomes and supports students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and we aim to ensure that cost is not a barrier for any child wishing to attend. Discounts, scholarships, and financial assistance are available for students in grades K–12, and we strongly encourage families to explore and take advantage of these options
